The Physical Cycle

The Physical Cycle is the shortest of all at 23 days duration and potentially the easiest to assess of the three major cycles referred to in Biorhythm theory. It governs our Strength, Stamina, Endurance and Resistance to Infection.

During the first half of the cycle (days 1 through 12) we are in a "positive phase" and are able to undertake those activities requiring a certain amount of physical exertion or manual dexterity without experiencing fatigue or strain.

During the second half of the cycle (days 12 through 23) the body has a tendency to tire more readily, resulting in our inability to undertake certain physical activities with our usual energy. With this knowledge, or awareness, we can learn to eventually identify periods of physical strength to tackle those strenuous activities, and to utilise our "negative phase" to relax and recharge.

Caution must be taken however on days 1 and 12 on the Physical Cycle as these are the "critical days" and are recognised as periods of instability as the cycle moves from positive phase to negative phase, or visa versa, leaving the body disorientated and far more susceptible to accident, injury or infection than on any other day of the cycle.

The belief that "positive is good, negative is bad" should be discarded if you are to utilise Biorhythm Control to its full potential. Through the awareness of Biorhythm you can assess the influence that Biorhythm has on you as an individual and eventually utilise this knowledge to improve your lifestyle by nullifying any negative effects or thoughts thus turning them to your own advantage, whilst conversely learning to capitalise on the positive phases.
